For our next meeting, June 21st, Keagan Wheat will lead a group of community participants through the process of making a chaplet out of a poem.

We ask our participants to bring a short piece of their own writing (around 200 words or less, or work from our previous meeting is perfect) to create the chaplet. We'll take time to illustrate our individual pieces. For instance, one line of a poem could be one page of illustration. We'll have options for illustrating including crayons, colored pencils, markers, and collage. Our last step will be binding the chaplet, so you'll end up with a bound original chaplet.
