Juniper Bends: A Reading Series

On May 31st, Aliah Lavonne Tigh joins the The Juniper Bends Reading Series as part of their featured readers for May. The series features three writers and a musician. The theme of this reading is our connection to nature, growth, and renewal, and the authors will present work that speaks to these themes.

Arrive early to mingle and connect to other artists and artistic enthusiasts! Books and other merchandise will be available to purchase and have signed. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., show is at 7-8:30 p.m.

Asheville’s Juniper Bends Reading Series is now in its 15th year, and The Story Parlor hosts this event. Story Parlor is a multi-disciplinary arts space dedicated to storytelling and the exploration of the human condition, for the community and by the community. Committed to impacting positive change through the transformative power of storytelling through all art mediums, Story Parlor champions the artists of Western North Carolina through events, classes, community building, and advocacy.
